We've always been looking to provide the best quality service and a great product, if we're not doing that we're not doing our job from our perspective and it's essential that we discover that as quickly as we can and improve. One thing that's turned us off about online services is that the old idea of customer service touch has been lost, but we feel with the right technologies in place we should not only be able to provide efficiencies....but have that create a BETTER experience and not a worse experience. We'll do our best to provide a great product and great service around that product, and if we're not doing a good just please let us know and we'll work to make sure you're taken care of.
